Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Palm Beach County

We all know it's stressful to find a reputable LICENSED and INSURED GC here in South Florida. Thus why it took us about 4 weeks of meeting and vetting GCs (none were great) until we found Colby and North2South Renovations. Beyond happy that we did! From the first call with Colby until our full house renovation was completed, he has been honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable and accomodating. He has employees, NOT SUBs, employees that work for and WITH him. All of his employees are very skilled and experts at what they each do. Colby also has a dedicated tile guy, stone guy, glass guy and an electrician! No subbing out! The employees and the dedicated trade individuals have worked for Colby collectively for well over 10 years! This is huge in South Florida! Our full house renovation included 2 new bathrooms, all new floor tile throughout the house (they removed old tile first and did this the correct way), new kitchen with island, new shaker baseboards and new shaker doors, plus lots more. Painting, detail work - These men do it all! This full house renovation only took 60 days! We could not be happier and feel Colby is the # 1 GC in South Florida! Pictures attached show his work, you can also find his videos on Instagram and FB.

I have just had my shower area completely remodeled. Colby and his team were excellent! He started the project when he said he would and his team were at my house everyday until it was completed! They were excellent, professional, tidy when they left each day and any issues were resolved immediately! Colby came to my house everyday to check on the progress and make sure everything was running smoothly. I am absolutely thrilled with my bathroom!! I would rate him and his team 10 out of 10 stars! Colby is professional, honest, and a gentleman! I would recommend him and his business for any of your remodeling projects hands down!

Colby and his team at North2South Renovations are the best choice for remodeling and renovation in Delray Beach — and all of South Florida across the board! Not just in the quality of their work, but their quality as people. As a young, single, woman homeowner, I hesitated to hire any professional contractors and was nervous to allow them into my home. I struggled finding someone I could trust, and did most of the work by myself for the first 4 years. I was referred to North2South by friends, and I only wish I met Colby and his team sooner! At all times, myself, my roommate, AND my pets all felt comfortable and happy to have Colby’s team — Brian, Caiden, Chad, and Scotty working on our home. From the first consult, I could tell he is very passionate about the work, quality, and making the clients’ dreams come to life. This is not one of those companies where the GC is this illusory figure who is hard to reach, and subcontracts out everything, or who only shows up when convenient for him. Colby was there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly from designing, permitting, reconfiguring, demo, installation, coordinating deliveries, and more. On top of it all, the prices are very fair, and you can tell he cares more about producing quality work and the name of the company he’s built than just making money. I absolutely LOVE my new ceiling, windows, and countertops. I would absolutely recommend North2South to anyone who’s looking for the best kitchen, bathroom, or whole home renovation in Delray Beach, FL and greater Palm Beach County area. I would and hopefully WILL gladly hire them again.

Colby did a great job on our home remodel. He was super communicative, professional, and really hardworking. Even on his off days, he still answered our questions and made sure we felt good about everything. I really appreciated the way he understood our vision and gave helpful insight along the way. I’d definitely recommend Colby to anyone looking for solid remodeling work.

Hands down the best GC in South Florida. Answers every phone call no matter the time, communication is excellent, great pricing, super professional, guides and informs you every step of the way

I recently had my bathroom completely remodeled, and the results exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Colby was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. They transformed my outdated bathroom into a beautiful, modern space that is both functional and elegant. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and communicated with me throughout the entire project. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a remodeling project. Excellent craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and a truly stress-free experience from start to finish!

They did a perfect job replacing our countertops and backsplash. Helped with finding a stone company and consistently answered any questions we had. When I called I got quick responses. The owner, Colby Methany, is AMAZING. I have never met such a polite, kind owner of a company. Anyone needs contractors he’s the one. I can’t say enough about him and his company. Thank you for everything Colby!!

I recently had my master bathroom completely renovated by North 2 South Renovations, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Colby, the founder, was an exceptional communicator. He was responsive, professional, and offered thoughtful suggestions that really helped bring the vision together. His guidance made decision-making so much easier, and it was clear he genuinely cared about the end result. His team—Brian, Chad, Leo, Scotty, and Caden were outstanding. Each one of them took tremendous pride in their workmanship, and it showed in every detail. They were consistently on time, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a crew that is not only skilled, but also so respectful and considerate. They treated my home with care, always covering furniture and protecting surrounding areas, which I truly appreciated. You could tell they respected the space as if it were their own. The transformation of my 30-year-old bathroom is incredible. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. They truly went the extra mile in every aspect of the project. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, reliable, and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend North 2 South Renovations. I am beyond thrilled with my new bathroom.

From start to finish, Colby was spot on with communication, setting clear expectations and following through on every step on our bathroom remodel. They walked us through what to expect each day, which made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. The consistency in their work and their professionalism—especially when communicating any challenges—was incredibly important to us throughout the remodel. The renovation moved quickly, and the team treated our home with the same care and respect as if it were their own. Since this was our only bathroom, they truly understood the urgency and got us back up and running in no time. Having a team in our home that treats it like their own is all you we could have asked for. As someone who knew very little about design, I really appreciated how Colby guided us through decisions on tile, lighting, and fixtures. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. We’re already looking forward to working with them on future projects and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Colby and his team couldn't have been more helpful and professional helping with our duplex renovation. It being my first reno job, Colby went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was up to speed and knew everything i needed, and helped me avoid more than a few pricey newbie mistakes. Can't say enough about the quality of their work, the quality of their team and the incredible efficiency they operate with.
