In Palm Beach Gardens, the bathroom we're usually asked to rebuild is the primary suite in a golf or gated community home. A real remodel moves drains, valves or wiring, so plan on a permit. We file it and close it out.
Removing a built-in garden tub frees up enough floor for a walk-in shower big enough for two heads and a bench. We reroute supply and drain lines, build a fully waterproofed shower system, and finish with large-format porcelain, a pebble or mosaic floor and frameless glass.
