The people who show up, do the work and stand behind every North2South project
Florida state-certified building contractor (License #CBC1269429) and the person you will see on your job site.
Colby Matheny founded North2South Renovations in 2010 and has spent more than 15 years remodeling homes across South Florida. He is a Florida state-certified building contractor, and he is still the first call, the estimator and the person checking on your project.
Colby built the company around a simple idea: homeowners should know exactly who is working in their house. North2South runs its own crew instead of handing jobs off to a rotating list of subcontractors, and many of the team have worked alongside Colby for years. Clients regularly mention that he answers his phone, explains every decision and stops by the job site daily.
Today North2South remodels kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and across Palm Beach County, from single-bathroom updates to full renovations, additions and condo remodels.
A Florida state-certified building contractor who pulls the permits, schedules the inspections and is responsible for the finished work.
Skilled employees who work together every day, so the people who start your project are the people who finish it.
North2South's own crew. We use employees rather than a rotating list of subcontractors, and specialty trades like electricians are licensed partners we work with regularly.
