At North2South Renovations, our story began with a simple mission — to redefine what homeowners can expect from a bathroom and home remodeling company. Founded by Colby Matheny, our team set out to bring honesty, craftsmanship, and creativity back into the heart of South Florida’s renovation industry. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that every home has its own story — and our job is to help you write the next chapter with precision and style.
What started as a small local operation quickly grew into a trusted name for bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, and full home transformations across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Our success comes from our attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to turning every client’s vision into reality. Whether it’s a luxury bathroom renovation, a modern kitchen design, or a complete home makeover, we approach each project with the same dedication and care we’d give our own home.
